Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from receiving order and in any condition (opened or unopened, used or unused) to request a refund. In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service on (888) 710-2108 by phone or email [email protected]. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Products will be shipped for free. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. Products will be shipped in 3-5 business days. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
